Case Study: SimCenter Enterprises (spin-off from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga)
SimCenter Enterprises has developed a novel, computational fluid dynamics based tool that combines plume dispersion modeling and agent based modeling for facilitating more effective emergency planning, preparedness and response. Conducted a comprehensive market/industry/competitive analysis across a broad spectrum of industry sectors and segments related to this new technology. Developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing/commercialization strategy, including a go-to-market plan and tiered pricing strategy.
